PAY RANGE
$20/hour
SHIFT:
This is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
ROLE SUMMARY
Riverview is seeking a reliable and diligent Hardscape Installer to join our growing business in landscaping. As a Hardscape Installer, you will work on a variety of projects including installation, site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. You will support your crew and supervisors to complete daily assignments safely and efficiently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation:
Constructing hardscapes including paver patios, segmental retaining walls, steps, and, at times, outdoor kitchens or fireplaces.
Site Preparation:
Excavating, grading, and compacting soil or base materials to ensure structural stability.
Material Handling:
Laying paver stones, bricks, or stone, and mixing/pouring concrete.
Equipment Operation:
Using tools such as chop saws, plate compactors, jackhammers, and skid steers.
Site Management:
Reading and implementing landscape design blueprints.
Safety & Maintenance:
Maintaining a safe job site, cleaning equipment, and following safety protocols. Landscape Industry Careers +4 JOB
QUALIFICATIONS
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift over 50 lbs, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods.
Experience:
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or masonry is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using heavy machinery and hand tools.
Communication:
Ability to work in a team and sometimes interact with clients.
License:
A valid driver's license is often required for driving to job
