Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Remodeling Specialist to spearhead residential renovation projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee remodeling operations from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. Your expertise will drive team coordination, client satisfaction, and the successful transformation of spaces. Duties Lead remodeling projects by coordinating all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and completion. Supervise and mentor a team of skilled craftsmen, ensuring work meets quality standards and safety protocols. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute design specifications. Oversee construction inspection activities to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. Utilize a wide range of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication techniques to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring laying, tile work, masonry, roofing, stucco application, concrete finishing, and fixture installation. Conduct construction site inspections regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with building codes and client expectations. Implement restoration techniques when necessary to repair or improve existing structures during remodeling projects. Apply skills in framing, trim carpentry, tile installation, cabinet hanging, door hanging, painting, plumbing, and electrical as needed for project scope. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in remodeling projects. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring (including schematics), flooring installation (including tile laying), and drywall finishing. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and translate them into actionable tasks on-site. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining safety standards.
