Job Description
Experienced Tiler for English-Speaking Jobs in Akron We are seeking an experienced Tiler to join our team in Akron, offering a competitive salary of $1000. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing tiles on various surfaces such as walls, floors, and ceilings. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces, measuring and cutting tiles, and applying adhesive. You must have at least 2 years of experience in tiling and be able to communicate effectively in English.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tiling
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of different tile materials and installation techniques
- Proficient in measuring and cutting tiles
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
- Flexibility to work on different projects and adapt to changing deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with different types of tile materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.
- Experience working with various tools including tile cutters, saws, levels, etc.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to tiling
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
