Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Hardscaping Specialist to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will lead the design, installation, and finishing of outdoor hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and decorative masonry elements. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Your hands-on experience with various construction techniques and tools will be essential in delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and compactors safely and efficiently on construction sites Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install materials Able to drive dump truck with trailer to move equipment from jobsite locations, pickup and deliver materials Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on hardscaping projects Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to hardscaping Experience with heavy equipment operation including excavators, skidsteers is preferred Join us if you're ready to bring your hardscaping expertise into exciting projects that transform outdoor spaces!
