Tile Setter Big Bear Remodeling, Inc. - 3.2 Rocky River, OH Job Details Full-time $30 - $36 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Tile floor installation Suspended ceiling installation Attention to detail Tile masonry experience Tile laying Full Job Description At Big Bear Remodeling, we specialize mainly in bathroom and kitchen projects in the western suburbs, and we are looking to bring aboard a master tile setter to build custom tile showers, floors, and backsplashes. We expect quality work, and you must have extensive experience setting custom showers. You will be working in a lot of high-end bathrooms with intricate designs, niches, trim, etc. You must be familiar with all types of stone and tile (porcelain, ceramic, travertine, slate, marble, granite, etc.). You also must understand tile setting standards and practices in depth. We want someone who is career minded and professional. We expect quality work. You must be GREAT at what you do. We are looking for a high-level tile setter.
REQUIRED
: 15+ years tile setting experience Schluter waterproofing experience perfectionist attitude extreme attention to detail ability to communicate well This position is a full-time employee (W2) position. Schedule is usually Monday thru Friday, and the hours are usually 8 hr days depending on what is needed. We work all year round, and we run 8 - 12 projects at a time (all local and residential), so we we keep our employees with 40 hour work weeks all year minus your paid vacation.
COMPENSATION
$30 - $36 per hour (W2) based on skillset and experience 10 days PTO first year Retirement with 100% employer match Health, Dental and Vision reimbursement (up to $3,600 per year) Incentive bonuses Please send your resume or list of your skills and experience. We are doing initial phone interviews immediately and then face-to-face 2nd interviews at our showroom location in Rocky River.
