Job Description

Job Summary My Elite Bath is seeking a skilled and motivated Bathroom Installer to join our Elite remodeling team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and remodeling luxury bathrooms with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help transform client spaces into functional, stylish, and durable environments that reflect the high standards of the My Elite Bath brand. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse, high-end projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills to deliver exceptional, "Elite" results. Fixture Installation:
Install high-quality plumbing fixtures—including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and custom shower systems—with meticulous attention to detail and safety standards.
Craftsmanship:
Use hand and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing luxury materials such as high-end tile, cabinetry, and drywall.
Surface Finishing:
Perform expert surface preparation, including professional caulking, plastering, and flooring installation, to create a seamless, high-end finish.
On-Site Customization:
Fabricate custom components and make precise on-site adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and function of all finishes.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct construction inspections to verify strict adherence to design plans, building codes, and safety regulations throughout every project phase.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with team members on complex remodeling tasks involving carpentry, masonry, glass installation, and restoration work.
Site Management:
Maintain a clean, organized, and "Elite" work environment by managing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience & Requirements Proven Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in construction installation or remodeling, with a specific focus on bathroom fixtures and high-end finishes.
Technical Literacy:
Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital documentation tools is preferred for 2026 project standards.
Trade Knowledge:
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, basic electrical for fixtures, and advanced blueprint reading.
Hands-on Skills:
Proficiency with hand/power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
Specialized Fabrication:
Ability to interpret complex schematics and perform precise tasks such as intricate tile laying or stone finishing.
Professionalism:
Prior experience in construction environments with a proven track record of safety awareness and teamwork.
