Responsibilities:

Show up consistently and ready to work each day Load and unload materials (50+ lbs.) from trucks and trailers Grind concrete floors using walk-behind and handheld equipment Prep job sites by taping edges and hanging protective plastic Mix epoxy materials using drills and proper ratios Apply and spread epoxy coatings with attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license Cell phone for schedule and timekeeping Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor (standing, twisting, lifting) Comfortable working with tools and equipment Willingness to learn and follow direction What the
