Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials Perform framing, carpentry, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to support various construction phases Conduct heavy lifting and material handling safely on construction sites to ensure timely project progress Apply caulking, stucco, masonry, tile laying, and metal stud framing techniques to enhance building durability Operate fabrication equipment and assist with concrete forming, welding, plumbing, and masonry tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently Strong knowledge of roofing techniques along with general construction site experience Experience with restoration projects including framing, drywall finishing, stucco application, and remodeling Familiarity with welding, metal stud framing, plumbing systems, masonry work, tile laying and caulking techniques Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces Handyman experience with diverse repair tasks across multiple trades enhances versatility
