Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Installation Helper to assist with the preparation and application of polyaspartic coatings on residential, commercial, and industrial surfaces. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, physically fit, and eager to learn a skilled trade in the flooring and surface finishing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead installers in surface preparation tasks, including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning. Help mix and apply epoxy coatings, sealants, and other surface treatments. Move and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. Load and unload equipment and supplies before and after each job. Perform post-installation cleanup and basic maintenance of tools. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous construction, polyaspartic, painting, flooring, or epoxy experience is a plus but not required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
