  • Crew - not subcontractor We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of flooring materials, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and carpet. This role requires a strong understanding of floor care and the ability to work effectively on construction sites or during remodeling projects. As a Flooring Installer, you will ensure that all installations meet high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Must have Valid Drivers License

  • Must have own reliable transportation to job site Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing flooring materials.
Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and repairing surfaces as needed prior to installation. Install various types of flooring including tile laying, hardwood, laminate, and carpet according to manufacturer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in flooring installation. Ability to work efficiently on construction sites or during remodeling projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
