Job Description

ABOUT US PRICE REALTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION
is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to join our busy apartment community in Arlington. You will play a critical role in our property's success by turning vacant units into "market-ready" status so new residents can move in without a hitch. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy making spaces look brand new, this is the job for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Unit Turns:
Complete the full make-ready checklist of vacated apartments in a timely manner.
Painting:
Perform interior painting, drywall repairs, and touch-ups to ensure walls are pristine.
General Repairs:
Fix or replace doorknobs, hinges, cabinet hardware, and window screens.
Plumbing & Electrical:
Repair or replace leaky faucets, clogged toilets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
Appliance Maintenance:
Check, clean, and repair refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals.
Flooring:
Perform minor repairs and cleaning on carpet, vinyl, and tile.
Quality Assurance:
Test all systems before move-in and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily walk-throughs and punch lists.
QUALIFICATIONS 1-2
years of experience in multifamily maintenance, general labor, or property management. Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and various trade skills (drywall, carpentry, painting). EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is a big plus . Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in awkward or tight spaces. Great communication skills and a team player mindset.

$21.00 per hour
