Job Description
Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated installers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of construction-related systems and fixtures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential remodels to commercial builds, utilizing your expertise in construction and finishing trades. Your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will help us deliver exceptional results every time. Responsibilities Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and secure materials on-site Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while maintaining efficiency on the job site Conduct repairs and restoration work as needed, including caulking, trim carpentry, and tile laying Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and project planning Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment Experience in framing carpentry, drywall installation, and remodeling projects Skilled in tile laying, hardwood and lvp installation Hands-on experience with construction site operations including heavy lifting and safety procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining stamina throughout the workday Join us if you're passionate about construction craftsmanship!
