Responsibilities- Lead and support a crew on residential and commercial installation projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members on-site
- Train and guide team members to maintain strong workmanship
- Safely handle and install granite, marble, and other stone materials
- Read and follow plans, templates, and measurements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Assist in solving on-site challenges to keep projects moving Qualifications
- Experience in granite, marble, or stone installation (team lead experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of installation, fabrication, and finishing processes
- Ability to read and work from blueprints, templates, and measurements
- Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide a team
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
