In this pivotal role, you will oversee siding installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficient workflow. As a leader on-site, you will coordinate crew activities, manage materials, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional results that enhance our clients' exteriors. This position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled tradespeople eager to lead projects and develop their leadership abilities within a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Lead and supervise a team of siding installers, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Oversee the preparation of job sites, including material staging and ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working order. Inspect completed work for quality control, adherence to blueprints and schematics, and compliance with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Perform or assist with siding installation using various materials such as vinyl, fiber cement, or metal panels while utilizing hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques. Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, safety incidents, and material usage throughout each project. Requirements Proven experience in construction trades with a strong background in siding installation; knowledge of roofing, stucco, or restoration is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew effectively on active job sites. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques relevant to siding installation. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and site safety protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with construction work. Knowledge of related trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry), masonry (masonry), plumbing (plumbing), framing (frame carpentry), metal stud framing, tile laying, caulking, drywall finishing (remodeling), and handyman experience is highly desirable.
