We take pride in craftsmanship, reliability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are growing and looking for a skilled and motivated Swimming Pool Technician to join our team. Position Summary The Swimming Pool Technician will be responsible for pool renovation and service work focused on tile replacement, coping installation and repair, and pool equipment installation and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction or pool industry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Remove and install pool tile and coping materials
- Perform surface preparation, masonry work, and finishing
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot pool equipment including: Pumps, Filters, Heaters, Automation systems, Plumbing components
- Diagnose equipment issues and recommend solutions,
- Conduct pressure testing and leak checks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Complete job documentation and report project progress
- Assist with additional pool renovation projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in swimming pool construction, renovation, masonry, plumbing, or related trades preferred
- Knowledge of pool equipment systems and hydraulics preferred
- Experience with tile, coping, concrete, or stone installation is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills:
- Pool automation experience
- Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience operating skid steers or small construction equipment
- Familiarity with renovation tools and materials
- OSHA or safety training certifications
