Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardscape Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of outdoor hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and decorative stonework. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into functional and visually stunning environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your construction skills and craftsmanship to deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Duties Prepare and set up work sites, ensuring all materials and tools are ready for installation projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute designs Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and installing hardscape materials Install concrete forms, perform concrete finishing, and execute masonry tasks with precision Fabricate custom components such as stone veneers or decorative features to match project specifications Manage heavy equipment operation when necessary for site preparation or material placement Conduct construction inspection to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project plans Collaborate with team members on demolition, restoration, or remodeling tasks as needed Apply finishing techniques such as caulking, plastering, or trimming to achieve a polished look Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Proven experience in hardscape installation or related construction fields with a strong understanding of masonry, concrete finishing, and landscaping techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to outdoor construction projects Hands-on experience with construction management practices including estimating, inspection, and site supervision is preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, or other trades such as carpentry or welding is a plus Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely in various outdoor environments Skilled in the use of hand tools for detailed craftsmanship such as tile laying, framing, or door hanging Prior construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills Join us in creating exceptional outdoor spaces!
