Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Renovation Technician and play a vital role in transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship and innovative solutions. Duties Perform comprehensive renovation tasks including framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and finishing work to meet project specifications. Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to execute carpentry, masonry, roofing, and other construction activities. Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the renovation process. Manage demolition, preparation, and cleanup activities while adhering to safety protocols on-site. Coordinate with project managers and team members to schedule work phases and ensure timely completion of projects. Assist with material fabrication, glass installation, cabinet mounting, door hanging, caulking, plastering, stucco application, concrete finishing, welding, heavy equipment operation, and restoration tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience in construction or renovation environments with familiarity in construction site procedures. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specialized fabrication equipment. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, roofing techniques, masonry work, flooring installation, tile laying, and hardscape construction. Ability to perform concrete forming and finishing tasks with attention to detail. Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites and ability to implement best practices consistently. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
