Role:

Join La Fence Craft Inc as an Installation Technician and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing outdoor spaces in Rosemead, CA. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Install various types of fencing and gates with precision and care. Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements. Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards. Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition. Provide exceptional customer service during installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Report project progress and any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. Previous experience in fence installation or a related field. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools. Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
