Junior Installation Technician — TV Mounting (Training Provided)

Employee ownership stake, commission earnings, paid training Job Description We're an employee-owned company hiring a Junior Installation Technician to mount televisions in customers' homes. No experience needed — we provide full training. If you're hands-on, reliable, and good with people, we'll teach you everything else. As an employee-owned company, when we succeed, you share in it. This is a part-time role (up to 30 hrs/week) with commission earning potential on top of base pay. Responsibilities Travel to customers' homes to mount TVs and complete installations Measure, mark, and level mounts using tape measures, levels, drills, and hand tools Apply basic math (measurements, spacing, weight/load) for safe, professional results Recommend additional products and services to customers (selling and upselling) Deliver clean, courteous, professional service in every home What We Provide Full training — no experience necessary Tools and equipment Ownership stake in the company Commission earning potential Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, comfortable working independently in homes Strong customer-service attitude Nice to Have (We'll Train You) Experience with tape measures, levels, drills, hand tools Comfort with basic measurement math Sales, upselling, or customer-facing experience Installation, handyman, or trade experience
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
