Clean Sweep 317 is looking for an experienced chimney, masonry, and fireplace installer ready to lead jobs, run quality work, and get paid for what they produce. We're a growing Indianapolis company running a full production scope
  • liners, fireplace and appliance installs, rebuilds, crowns, caps, flashing, and restoration work.

How You Get Paid:
You start on a competitive hourly base while you learn our systems and standards. Once you're running jobs, you transition into commission-heavy or full commission pay — your production sets your paycheck. Our best producers out-earn every hourly job in this trade, and there's no cap.
What You'll Do:
Install liner systems Install fireplaces, wood-burning inserts, gas units, and stoves Lead small chimney rebuilds, crown work, tuckpointing, and brick/stone replacement Install caps, chase covers, flue caps, and dampers Run your jobsite: setup, property protection, documentation, quality, and customer walkthroughs Collect payment and close out jobs complete Train and mentor newer installers on your crew Why Join Clean Sweep 317: $75,000

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of chimney, masonry, or fireplace installation experience Ready to start the day at 7:15 AM at our office, Monday through Friday Comfortable at heights — roofs, ladders, scaffolding Ownership of a jobsite start to finish, including quality, photos, and collections High integrity — we do it right the first time Valid driver's license; ability to pass background check and drug screen
