• Lead 1-3 person teams to complete weatherization jobs daily, directing job tasks to technicians
• Ensure tasks align with job orders
• Provide guidance to technicians on best practices and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Communicate with customers throughout job, provide updates as needed
• Prompt notification of job change orders to ensure accurate invoicing
• Identify materials for jobs and load trucks
• Install insulation, foam board, and complete air sealing in attics, knee walls, and crawlspaces
• Remove siding, drill holes, and blow insulation into exterior walls, often times working on ladders
• Install ventilation on roofs
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor Job Requirements
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and quality at all times
• Excellent people skills and focus on superior customer service
• Must be able to work on ladders, roofs, confined spaces and heights up to 40'
• Must be on-time daily, prepared, and ready to work
• Timely completion and accuracy of all work
• Ability to work closely and harmoniously with other employees and be a team player
• Perform and document complete operational checks for all equipment
• Adhere to safety and health regulations as required by OSHA, and all company policies
• Ability to perform overtime and/or on call duties as required
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Arrive at our office daily by 6:30am to clean and load the truck for the day
• Experience in the Mass Save Program or other energy efficiency programs is a plus Revise, Inc.
