Job Description
Best Chimney Services is seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Chimney Technician to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while helping homeowners maintain the safety and performance of their fireplaces, chimneys, and venting systems. Responsibilities Perform chimney inspections, cleanings, and maintenance services. Diagnose chimney, fireplace, and venting system issues. Document findings with photographs and detailed reports. Educate homeowners on recommended repairs and maintenance. Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle. Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards. Communicate effectively with customers and office staff. Assist with masonry repairs and installations as needed. Qualifications Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and on rooftops. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Prior chimney, construction, roofing, masonry, HVAC, or related trade experience is preferred but not required. What We Offer Commission based pay. Paid training and career development opportunities.
