Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Install weatherization materials as directed by the Weatherization Crew Chief. Responsible for inspection data collection. Complete all heating appliance inspections.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all materials are installed in compliance with the NEO State Plan Ensure a minimum average of 5 completed units per month (excluding housing authorities) Secure and maintain all OSHA-required tools and equipment Work with clients by explaining to them the different Housing programs Uses proper "Lead Safe Work Practices" when applicable Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS A
high school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license 1-3 years of experience working in construction (Tools and truck provided)
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Problem-solving skills Communication skills Knowledge of power tools Excellent time-management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work with others
SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday:
7 am - 5 pm

Housing Director
JOB STATUS
Full-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY:
$18.00 - $19.00/hour (depending on qualifications)
