Job Description
Highland County Community Action Organization, Inc. Housing Weatherization Assistance Program Full-Time Housing and Weatherization Worker The employee will assist in providing energy conservation measures to homes throughout the County using small hand tools and other equipment. Duties include installing insulation, duct sealing, and minor repairs. This position is based on 40 hours per week. Applicants for this position must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and other agency staff. Must be able to keep information confidential and have the ability to work well with the public. Must be willing to take further training as necessary which will require out of county travel and overnight stay. Applicant must have a valid Ohio Driver's License and be insurable under the agency fleet insurance. This position requires the ability to stoop, bend, pull, push, as well as lift up to 40 pounds.
