Pay:

$50,000-$70,000/year (based on availability/workload)

Overview:

Travel across the U.S. installing and securing heavy-duty tarps over large material stockpiles (e.g., salt, aggregate) to protect from weather and contamination.

What You'll Do:

Deploy and secure large tarps using ropes, straps, and sandbags Lift/move materials (50-75+ lbs) Work at heights and in all weather conditions Sew/repair tarps (portable machines) Follow PPE and safety/DOT guidelines Keep sites clean and organized

Schedule & Travel:

Up to 12-14 days away at a time Long/irregular hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays as needed)

Requirements:

Physically fit; able to lift 75+ lbs Comfortable with heights and outdoor work Valid driver's license + acceptable driving record (insurance requirement) Reliable transportation to Madison, WI Team-oriented, dependable, problem-solver High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

Roofing, landscaping, construction, or similar labor experience
