Health Dimensions Group is hiring an Area Director of Wellness (equivalent to Area Director of Nursing) to provide muti-site oversight across the following pod: Dimensions Living communities in Winnebago IL, Clinton WI, and Beloit WI. AKA:
Your Superpowers) Act as a clinical mentor and leader, supporting new and current nursing staff with coaching, education, and confidence-building Provide critical thinking and clinical guidance in high-pressure situations — you're the calm in the chaos Conduct and support nursing assessments, care planning, and medication administration with accuracy and compassion Support compliance by maintaining thorough documentation and following regulatory standards Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support the best outcomes for residents Help lead and support infection control and quality assurance initiatives Serve as a positive example of teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care What You Bring to the Table (Besides Leadership & Dedication) An active Wisconsin AND Illinois RN license in good standing Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, CBRF, or assisted living A passion for mentoring others and sharing your clinical expertise Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Ability to navigate EMRs and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A heart for senior care and commitment to quality outcomes Perks & Benefits (Because You Deserve It!) 401(k) retirement savings Paid time off & volunteer time off Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible work schedules Tuition reimbursement & professional development Pet insurance & adoption assistance •Compensation range listed includes available bonus structure•Similar remote jobs
