What You'll Own:

Full operational oversight of two clinics Direct leadership and development of General Managers Sales growth, KPI performance, and profitability Hiring, onboarding, and team development Customer satisfaction and issue resolution Payroll approval, scheduling oversight, and operational compliance 20 hours per week working at the front desk (10 per clinic) to stay connected to the business

What You Bring:
