Job Description

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Variable Times Rotating on-call weekends Full-time, 40 hours per week (overtime possible)

Scrubs or business casual Position Overview The Area Lead serves as a vital link between the caregivers and management team, ensuring a high standard of care for our clients and assisting in maintaining operational excellence. This full-time, hourly paid position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and organizational skills. Overtime may be required when necessary. Key Responsibilities Communication and Leadership Act as the primary point of contact between caregivers and management. Maintain open, consistent communication with the Operations Manager regarding caregivers, clients, and scheduling. Provide regular updates to the Director of Operations, CEO, and Board Members. Set the standard for professionalism and uphold ROSHH values. Caregiver Oversight and Support Initiate and participate in interviews and the hiring process. Train new caregivers on required skills, company policies, and regulations to ensure each has the appropriate skillset for assigned clients. Partner with the Operations Manager to conduct 90-day and annual caregiver performance evaluations. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to select the Employee of the Month. Initiate and oversee the corrective action procedures when necessary to maintain performance and compliance standards. Operational Management Manage and oversee daily caregiver operations and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations. Work with other management to oversee and address caregiver call-ins promptly, securing seamless shift coverage at any time, day or night, to maintain uninterrupted client care. Coordinate coverage for the "on-call" weekend schedule with other management and assigned caregivers. Adapt to evolving schedules, staffing changes, and deadlines efficiently. Client Relations and Quality Assurance Conduct client home visits to ensure services are delivered in accordance with company standards. Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with ROSHH standards and client expectations. Address any concerns promptly, maintaining both client satisfaction and caregiver support. Technical and Administrative Proficiency Demonstrate proficiency with smartphones, laptops, or tablets, as well as required programs such as Axis Care, Excel, and GroupMe. Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation. Requirements Open availability to meet business and client needs Reliable transportation with the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Full time, hourly paid position with potential for overtime. Direct report to the Operations Manager.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
