Job Description:
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Area Operations Lead to oversee multiple store or kiosk locations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, strong sales performance, excellent customer service, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage teams, improve store performance, and maintain high operational standards across all assigned locations. Key Responsibilities Operations & Store Performance Oversee daily operations of assigned stores/kiosks Ensure stores follow company standards and procedures Monitor sales, labor costs, and overall store performance Support underperforming stores and implement improvement plans Conduct regular store visits, audits, and operational reviews Customer Experience Ensure excellent customer service across all locations Resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints Ensure promotions, pricing, and brand standards are properly implemented Food Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Conduct food safety and operational audits Ensure stores follow health, labor, and safety regulations Team Leadership Lead, coach, and support store managers and team leaders Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management Develop future leaders and promote a positive team culture Inventory & Equipment Ensure proper inventory management and ordering processes Monitor food handling, storage, and loss prevention practices Coordinate repair and maintenance concerns when needed Qualifications At least 2-4 years of management experience At least 5 years of experience in QSR or food retail operations Experience handling multiple store locations is an advantage Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 and POS systems Willing to travel frequently between stores Must have reliable transportation ServSafe Certification is preferred Must have an active WhatsApp number for recruitment and communication purposes Requirements At least 18 years old High school diploma or College Diploma Valid driver's license (if applicable) Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated resume and must have an active WhatsApp number available for recruiter communication and interview coordination.
