Job Description

Marcus called on a plant he drove by over the weekend, and didn't have to check if he was stepping on anyone's toes. That's a Typical Tuesday. Most territory sales reps don't have that kind of territory. They inherit a burned book and spend half their time fighting internal committees just to get an accounts serviced. Not here. This is a true greenfield role. You'll build the territory from the ground up. You'll design the KPIs that actually drive revenue, decide which accounts are worth the effort. All without the political b.s that comes with a bloated sales org. It's not for everyone. If you need a manager handing you a list of companies to call on each week, this probably isn't the seat for you. But if you've been wanting a chance to build out a market from scratch, work closely alongside leadership, and make great money along the way? This is it. Where you'd be working: The company is a veteran-owned and locally operated CMO servicing industrial manufacturers. It's established for the work it does, without 5 layers between you and getting an answer to close a deal. You'll report directly to the VP of Operations and have straight access to the owner — so when things come up in deals, you can get them squared away fast. The compensation is a healthy base plus commission. Ownership wants you to be very well paid.
