Arizona Facility in Need of Locums CRNA.

Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Flowing Wells, AZ. AZ license preferred. 8 Hour Shifts only, Monday-Friday & call weekday & weekend

Call Type:

Beeper. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call. Must be certified by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience.

Practice Settings:

Inpatient.

ACLS AND BLS

are required. Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks The following types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility: Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Regional.

Required Specialty Skills:

General Anesthesia, Adult, Neurosurgical cases, Spine, Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues.

Preferred Specialty Skills:

Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter. placement Must have AZ license.

EMR:

Cerner.

Credentialing:

90 days. $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental + mileage (driving own car only) + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
