We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: Good Interpersonal skills Good Verbal and written communication skills Good work ethic Able to work in a team environment Experience dealing with the public Good listening skills Reliable Job Requirements Armed Positions available Valid Security G License Pass background check Able to work in a team environment Treat all clients and employees in a courteous and professional manner Enforce strict access control policies Screen visitors and log them in computer system Monitor the entrance gates Keep detailed shift logs Conduct foot patrols and vehicle patrols Conduct periodic patrol checkpoints with mobile app and photos Maintain communication with management and report any and all incidents Produce detailed incident reports Report service requests for lights, equipment and property damages Proficiency in the use of mobile apps and computers Understanding of all site procedures and rules and regulations Enforce property rules and regulations Keep a clean work environment Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time Able to defuse situations
