AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site contacts and local responders when needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials, badges, and/or vehicle authorizations in accordance with site protocols for controlled areas and sensitive operations. Support investigations related to security-related concerns by gathering preliminary information, preparing clear reports, and relaying observations to site leadership and/or law enforcement as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 2 or more years of security-related experience. Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
