Armed Security Officer

Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including restricted areas, to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate action and communication. Enforce access control policies by verifying identification and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential threats. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring safety during medical emergencies until professional help arrives. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring legal intervention. Skills Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively through conflict management techniques. First aid and CPR certification are highly desirable for emergency response readiness. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to protect assets from theft or damage. Familiarity with security procedures, CCTV operation, and emergency protocols. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and emergency responders.
