Armed Security Officer (FLEX )

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their property, and the general public. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management and the ability to respond effectively to various situations that may arise. Duties Monitor and prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the site Record names and purposes of all site visitors Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to maintain a safe environment for clients and employees. Maintain coverage at both ends of the property Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance. Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for record-keeping purposes. Guard Touring (Required) Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in conflict management is highly desirable. Training in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in surveillance techniques are a plus. Attention to detail is required Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for success in this role.
