Art Consultant/Retail Sales

Master's Editions Fine Art Gallery, a group of art galleries throughout East TN and SC, is now hiring for the position of Art Consultant/Sales Person for their Village Gallery location in Gatlinburg, TN. This is a commission based position where you are empowered to earn your full potential. However minimum salary is $14 per hour or 10% commission whichever is higher. Most art consultants consistently hit commission. Bonuses on certain artist sales.

Job description:

Interacting with clients. Selling paintings. Following up on sales. Keeping the gallery presentable.

Requirements:

Professional appearance (dress clothes every day). Professional conduct. Reliable transportation. Ability to work days, nights, and weekends. Outgoing personality. (The central part of your job is talking to people you don't know.) Basic computer skills. Team player. Lifting up to 50 pounds. Sales experience is a plus but will train the right person.
