We're looking for outgoing, reliable, and engaging individuals who enjoy working with people, leading group experiences, and creating a welcoming, high-energy environment. No two classes are the same — our instructors guide guests step-by-step through a pre-designed acrylic painting while creating a fun, relaxed, and entertaining experience. What You'll Do Lead or assist paint-and-sip classes using pre-designed paintings Demonstrate painting steps clearly in front of groups Engage and encourage guests of all experience levels Help maintain a fun, upbeat, and welcoming atmosphere Assist with studio setup, cleanup, and class flow Work closely with the team to ensure great guest experiences What We're Looking For Comfortable speaking in front of groups and using a microphone Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality Reliable and available for evenings and weekends Strong communication and time management skills Willingness to learn structured teaching methods and class flow Basic acrylic painting experience required. Full training provided on teaching methods and guest experience.
