• Full-time is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our team.

Candidates must have previous experience operating an asphalt paver and be capable of producing high-quality paving results on residential and commercial projects. This position requires someone who can work efficiently with the paving crew, maintain consistent mat quality, and safely operate paving equipment in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely operate and control an asphalt paver during paving operations Maintain proper paving speed, material flow, and mat consistency Coordinate with roller operators, truck drivers, and ground crew Ensure smooth joints, proper drainage, and overall finish quality Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance Monitor paving conditions and communicate adjustments to the crew Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup as needed Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Qualifications Previous asphalt paver operating experience is

REQUIRED
