• Full-time, Contract Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Asphalt operators/ foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parking lot and highway asphalt paving, seal coating, and asphalt operations to ensure precise and efficient paving of parking lots and roads. Duties
• MUST know how to Operate equipment such as paving machines, milling machines, skids, etc. With accurately and efficently
• MUST know how to lay out parking lots/roads and how to
• Work on various Construction sites with general contractors and commerical owners
• projects to maintain parking lot/road integrity
• Must be able to work on site to communicate with ARDOT, project managers etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during striping operations Experience
• MUST have experience with parking lots/roads and working with contractors/ARDOT
• +5 years preferably Proven experience in operating equipment related to parking lot striping
• Familiarity with different types of machinery used in construction projects
• Ability to interpret striping plans and layouts accurately
• Strong attention to detail and precision
