Asphalt/Paving Foreman Requirements:

3-4 + Years Asphalt Foreman Level OR 9 + Years Asphalt Construction/Equipment Operation required Equipment Operation experience required Experience with CAT Paving Equipment & Tremble Electronics preferred Experience with projects such as highways & parking lots preferred

Position Offers:

Asphalt/Paving Foreman Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing asphalt operations, including supervising crews, coordinating material deliveries, and managing project schedules The position is hands-on, requiring active participation in the field while leading the team Primary responsibilities including operating paving equipment on highways and parking lots for commercial, state, and private projects Run, Mentor and Lead a crew Develop team members throughout each project Project Management Monitor equipment and inventory usage Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
