This position is responsible for installing metal and trim components on cargo trailers while ensuring quality workmanship and meeting production goals. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Install metal panels, trim, and related components on cargo trailers Use hand tools, power tools, drills, and measuring tools safely and efficiently Read and follow work instructions and production specifications Ensure trailers meet quality and appearance standards Assist with fitting, aligning, and securing trailer components Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Experience using hand and power tools is a plus Ability to read a tape measure preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality are required Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We're Looking For Team players who show up ready to work every day Individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to grow Someone comfortable working with metal materials and tools Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work with hands for extended periods Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment If you are dependable, motivated, and interested in building quality cargo trailers, we encourage you to apply and grow with our team. Assembly team members are responsible for assembling quality trailer with outstanding service in a safe manner and must be able to manufacture in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Essential Functions:

Ensure your own safety by always using designated personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools designed and rated for the task, complying with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals. Operate all power tools and machinery on the assembly line effectively and respectfully. Read and understand work orders and work instructions. Perform quality checks and product inspections by completing final inspection sheets, as directed by assigned production supervisor. Perform daily inspections on equipment prior to shift startup to ensure the safety of you and your coworkers, as well as the operational effectiveness of equipment. Axle, wire, deck, and inspect trailers, as assigned by production supervisor. Assist in other areas and perform other duties, as needed. Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma / GED, or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities in directly job-related experiences. Possess good physical stamina and coordination with the ability to safely lift 80 pounds with prolonged periods of standing. Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime. Willing to submit a pre-employment background check.
