6am-4:30pm (Monday-Thursday) ; Optional Overtime on Fridays & Saturdays Job Description Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will engage in the assembly of commercial vacuums, utilizing your skills in mechanical assembly and hand tools. You will work at your own bench or on an assembly line, focusing on tasks such as wire stripping and basic mechanical assembly. Responsibilities Assemble commercial vacuums, focusing on wire stripping and basic mechanical assembly. Utilize hand and power tools such as wrenches and drills effectively. Follow production blueprints and ensure mechanical accuracy. Perform heavy lifting and maintain a mechanically inclined approach. Essential Skills Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to stand at a bench station for a full shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rutherford, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.22 - $22.28/hr.
