Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various tools and equipment. This role involves assembling components, fabricating products, and ensuring that all production processes meet quality standards.
Requirements:
Bilingual - Spanish Speaker Responsibilities Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility. Assemble products on the assembly line using hand tools and power tools. Fabricate components according to specifications and quality standards. Perform routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Utilize forklifts for material handling as needed. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and assembly processes is essential. Mechanical knowledge is a significant advantage for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
