Assembler - Brunswick, ME 2nd Shift | Contract-to-Hire | $21 - $23/hr Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your career in manufacturing? Join our expanding team as a 2nd Shift Assembler, where you'll play an important role in building high-quality products from start to finish. What You'll Do Assemble products from start to finish following clear work instructions Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure precision and quality Perform quality inspections to meet company standards Document your work and inspection results Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Collaborate with your team to meet production goals Assist with material handling (lifting up to 50 lbs) Learn new skills through cross-training opportunities What We're Looking For 6+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred, not required) Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs Willingness to train on a day shift before moving to 2nd shift

Experience in general labor, warehouse, or machine shop environments Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work A desire to learn and grow within a company Schedule Training (4-8 weeks): 10:00 AM - 6:00
