What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED 1+ year(s) of production or manufacturing experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment Physical ability to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), stand, and twist for 10-12 hours Capable of performing repetitive tasks during 8-10 hour shifts with scheduled breaks What You'll Do as an

Assembler:

Assemble parts individually or in teams according to specifications and build schedules Conduct performance tests, check for defects, and make final adjustments Use hoists, motorized vehicles, or material handling equipment for transport Lubricate, clean, and perform preventive maintenance as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Cross-train and rotate into other roles or fill in as necessary Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures Perform other duties as assigned
