Assembler and Fabricator 1

Location:

Dublin, CA Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role involves using hand tools and machinery to build finished products, assemble kits, and perform general warehouse duties. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assembly:

  Efficiently and accurately assemble or modify custom products to meet high company standards.

• Safety:

  Maintain a clean, safe shop environment; follow all safety guidelines and wear required eye, ear, and hand protection.

• Tool Operation:

  Utilize various power tools, including power drills, impact drivers, angle grinders, bench grinders, shop-vacs, and air compressors.

• Warehouse Operations:

  Handle pulling, receiving, and stocking inventory, and operate a forklift.

• Support:

  Assist the Fabrication & Assembly Manager with inventory counts and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

• Education:

  High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience:

  0-1 year of experience in a warehouse environment; 0-1 year of experience using power tools.

• Skills:

  Strong mathematical ability, time management, and organizational skills. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.

• Communication:

  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.

• Certifications:

  Ability to pass forklift certification training. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Mobility:

  Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods; ability to bend, climb, push, and pull.

Lifting:

Ability to routinely lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs., and occasionally in excess of 50 lbs.

Compensation / Pay
