Opportunity:
Join a dynamic production team where your precision and attention to detail help build high-quality electronic assemblies. In this role, you'll assemble, test, and support the production of circuit boards using both through-hole and surface mount technologies. What You'll Do:
Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed procedures and visual instructions Inspect materials and completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards Prepare and pre-form component leads according to IPC standards and assembly requirements Identify and report defective components while maintaining accurate work-in-process within your work cell Support production flow through board washing, packing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience requiring fine manual dexterity Minimum 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, procedures, and visual aids Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal) to safely and effectively perform job duties Experience interpreting engineering instructions, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics Familiarity with electronic components, including identification and assembly techniques Knowledge of
ISO9001, IPC
standards, and ESD practices Ability to use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools (e.g., torque drivers, wrenches, cutters) Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
