Duties Operate assembly line equipment and machinery to assemble products according to specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Monitor production processes, identify any issues or defects, and communicate with supervisors for troubleshooting Safely handle warehouse equipment such as forklifts to move materials and finished goods within the manufacturing facility Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist in inventory management by stocking parts and supplies needed for assembly operations Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools and power tools Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Warehouse experience is a plus, especially in fast-paced environments Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly line operations Join us today and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing top-tier products through skillful assembly!
