Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm We are seeking Assembly Operators to join a manufacturing team in Stony Point, NY. This role involves assembling lighting fixtures and components in a fast paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble lighting components and fixtures using hand tools and equipment Follow assembly instructions and production drawings Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with packaging and material handling as needed Report production or equipment issues to supervisors

Requirements:

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Good attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and reading skills Comfortable using hand tools Strong teamwork and reliability

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move moderate weight materials Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production setting Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required. This is a union shop. Employees become eligible to join the union and participate in company benefit plans after the 90 day probationary period.

Pay:
