Job Description

ASSEMBLY OPERATOR
Adairsville, GA PAY:
$18/
HOURLY SHIFT:
1st (6:00a-2:20p) The Assembly Operator is responsible for pre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production team.
Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules Safely operate power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to a supervisor or team lead Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Load and unload assembly cells using an electric pallet mover
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment preferred Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Work Environment & Expectations:
Fast-paced production/assembly setting with frequent changeovers Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards Flexibility to be reassigned to different tasks or stations as needed Compliance with staggered break schedules Team-oriented environment, working in groups of up to 6 employees INDCal
